It's so much better than the big box stores like Home Depot and lowe's. Staff is super helpful. Wonderful holiday decorations ♥️

Always have what you need Lil bit more than Lowe's or home Depot, in and out in half the time

This a great little family owned hardware store. They have a great selection of A/C parts on hand and have competitive tool pricing. They often have small decorations for the holidays that are nicer than the bigger box stores and have some really nice bird feeders.

They do not compete.They are not the same kind of store as your home depot. This is a super relaxing atmosphere.They have everything in small volume. And you don't have to self check out

Attended a yearly event @ Five Oaks Hardware and had a great time. I really enjoyed the shopping experience with knowledgeable employees close by for questions and no sales pressure. Thanks to Ace for providing the level of service to keep us coming back.

I needed some hardware that was missing from a project I received. After narrowing down what I needed, I tried to use the app and website to search, but nothing came up that matched, though I was certain that the store had what I needed in stock. A short drive later, I was trying to find what I needed, and came up short, but only in quantity. An employee came by and offered help, and I told them what I needed. They were right to a different bin, and counted out the exact quantity that I needed. They then gave me the price for that item and one other similar item. When I mentioned that the app and website didn't help, they told me that some of the items wouldn't come UP on the website or in the app, but that I could call anytime to have someone check the stock for me. I wrote the info on the handy plastic bag and went to check out. The employee at the checkout counter was polite, friendly, and professional. They asked for my phone number to access my rewards account. When I walked out, I had exactly what I needed, and for a very reasonable price. This is now my go-to store for all but major hardware needs. I highly recommend Ace Hardware, and especially this location. It kind of felt like I was dealing with family.
